Apparently, it's only bridge episodes and S2 doesn't actually start filming til next year. It's the same w/ every other HBO production rn.

I did read something about in between season episodes but when I saw them together in person like that I assumed it was for season 2

Yeah! Zendaya was the one who mentioned the stuff about the bridge episodes, iirc. Someone who works on "Barry" (diff show, but same network obvs) mentioned that every HBO show, including "Euphoria", that was supposed to start production this year got delayed to next year, but they're doing the bridge eps as a fun treat for the fans while waiting for s2.

idk if this is the case here but every time I have a gig I have to get tested and I make my crew/subjects get tested too. If you're positive you don't come on set. no one except talent is maskless as well.
