I'm working on a Spotify playlist of all my favorite cover songs, so I've been listening to a bunch of those. It's so cool to hear how different people can make the same song sound!

Linkin Park released She Couldn't in anticipation of the Hybrid Theory 20th Anniversary edition coming in October. The song was previously unreleased but leaked online in 2009 (which you can read about here). This version is remastered and sounds "cleaner" than the leaked one.

I listened to Caylee Hammack this morning. Jon Pardi came out with a covers album - he covered Haggard and Strait, then there's some Tom Petty and Prince. I actually like the Prince cover (!), it's Nothing Compares 2 U. Morgan Wallen came out with a single, he used Tiktok days ago to hype it. It's got a soft rock sound, though the song on TikTok sounds different than the single.
