Yes and no. I had my own for a few years before my own bum ass sister was born. Then when my great uncle moved out I got his room for a year or two (I don't remember any of it) and then we moved to a new house when our great aunt moved in and I had to share again till I was 16.

Just my bed, a small table, and my dresser. If I get the extra money, I will decorate it.

Oh man the evolution my room has had lol It's finally now much closer to the ~aesthetic~ I love but still compromised for size and stuff. It's been a work in progress for at least 15 years now.

It's a very classy(?) goth~y cave with lots of Disney (tastefully) tossed in, plus a little anime. I'm big into posters/prints so I have my walls pretty covered. It's decorated plenty but doesn't look cluttered like it used to when I wanted NO WALL SPACE SHOWING AT ALL. I got more and more conscious of that as time has gone on.

I take pride in my room because any time someone sees it they'll say "your room is so you, it's exactly how I would have imagined it would be."

when I redid my bedroom around 5 years ago, I somehow ended up with mainly all white furniture and the walls were also white. But because I was not sure I wanted to put posters or prints back on my walls, I decided to buy wall art stickers and since I had recently gotten back into anime, I opted for these cherry blossom ones and then slowly, I would end up buying here and there other decorating stuff that is all cherry blossom themed, the door hanger and a decorative bowl for random things are in rose gold.

And then in the corner by the window I have my desk, which is hidden by the closet, so that is my "nerdy" corner where I eventually put some cute anime framed art and a shelves with my lego architecture skylines, lol.
