Lindsay was on The Masked Singer in Australia last year and honestly, I found her so likeable on it, even though it irks me that she continually got away with all that court stuff and whatnot. She’s not on it this year, though, so I don’t know whether that’s because of Covid or whether she played up a bit or what.

The thing about Lindsay is she got chance after chance after chance, which would not be afforded to a black woman. Addiction sucks in general. It really makes you wonder what a lot of huge stars have seen and done and put up with to get where they are. Especially someone like Beyoncé who hasn't had a public meltdown or anything from intense fame in the way that someone like Britney did

My poorly thought out theory is that Beyoncé wanted to be a star singer. She has remarked that she was very driven from a young age and that she she (at 22) appreciated the efforts that she went to as a young performer because it allowed her to relax and enjoy life as an adult pop star
