WatchMojo made a list of the Top 10 Disney stars who, according to them, destroyed their careers. Some of the stars who made the list include:

in 7th place: Bella Thorne

Bella rose to fame in late 2010 alongside Zendaya in Disney sitcom "Shake it Up". Since then, Thorne has been hit with numeral controversies including making racial comments, copying beauty brands (?) and her network of Freeform drama series Famous in Love (2017-2018) deemed her uncontrollable and crazy. She also posted nudes of herself online because she was threatened by someone to get them exposed so she tried to beat them to it. Bella was faced with a lot of criticism for this because she had a young audience and was deemed highly inappropriate.
In 2019, Bella directed an adult film for PornHub titled "Her and Him" which gets you as far from the Disney image as you can possibly get.

#6 Jake Paul

One can argue that Jake Paul is still thriving, considering the millions of views he still gets today from his YouTube videos. However, his connection to Disney has been completely cut off. He rose to fame through the app Vine, but didn't make it to mainstream media until he got to star in the Disney show "Bizaardvark". Jake lasted two seasons until he was fired due to his reckless public behaviour, which he showcases proudly on his infamous Youtube channel.
He was recently charged with criminal trespassing for being inside a looted mall during a riot. Paul claimed he was filming the looting for "public service". ok.

#5 Mitchel Musso

Mitchel was best known for his character Oliver Oken in Hannah Montana. Musso was also voicing in Phineas and Ferb, and had the role of King Brady on Pair of Kings. However, in 2011 Musso was charged with a DUI which got him fired from Disney. He is still voicing in some series but his career has never been the same since the charges.

#4 Lalaine

Lalaine starred alongside Hilary Duff in "Lizzie McGuire" from 2001-2004. She played the character Miranda Sanchez, Lizzie's best friend. In 2002, Lalaine won a Young Artist award for Best Supporting Young Actress for her work in the show. Her career looked very promising, until it...wasn't. In July 2007, Lalaine was caught with methamphetamine and charged with felony possession. She plead guilty and entered a plea deal that saw her charges expound if she attended rehab. While she did complete her time at a rehab center and avoided prosecution, her acting and music career never recovered. Since then, she's been seen in some web series and a small role in the film "Easy A".

#2 Shia LaBeouf

Shia started his career when he played Louis Stevens in the Disney Channel series "Even Stevens", a role for which he received a Young Artist Award nomination in 2001 and won a Daytime Emmy Award in 2003. However, Shia later faced numerous controversies which descended in alcoholism including plagiarism, racist comments, disorderly conduct and an arrest for public drunkenness that came after he used 'vulgar language and profanity' when he wasn't given a CIGARETTE. Shia attended rehab and therapy where he was diagnosed with PTSD. His career is certainly not what it once was but he still got praise from critics for his role in the movie "Peanut Butter Falcon" (2019), and writing the autobiographical film "Honey Boy" (2019).

#1 Lindsay Lohan

As some of you probably expected, Lindsay is #1 on this list.
Lindsay can be seen starring in iconic movies like "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen" (2004), "Freaky Friday" (2003), "Mean Girls"(2004) and "The Parent Trap". She was basically the Disney princess of the early 2000's.
Miss Lohan faced a rather tragic fall from grace in 2006 when she spiralled into addiction and legal issues. She lost roles, attended rehab and faced numerous very public arrests. Lohan attempted various comebacks throughout the years but nothing really stuck. Only recently in the dark comedy TV show "Sick Note" (2017-) can Lindsay be seen starring again, alongside icon Ron Weasley.
