The New Normal was great, even though it could be a bit preachy sometimes.
It is on Netflix outside the US tho. And at least you can buy from somewhere if you reaaaaaally want it.

There’s this episode with twins where one was killed by their father in a domestic violence situation, the mom drops the other at a church, then changes her identity to escape the abusive husband (a cop!!). Years later they find the skeleton and reunite the living daughter and mom. to this day I cannot even summarize it without tearing up.

Was there a Cold Case case that didn't rip your heart off your chest and tap dance on it? I can't think of one.

The one with the guy who buried the kids alive made sure I can't ever listen to You and Me without crying. I would watch an entire film about the love story of that couple in the episode.

I remember thinking Two Guys a Girl and a Pizza Place was one of the funniest "new" shows on TGIF at the time lol. Ryan Reynolds' comedy peak and it was all downhill from there lbr.

Get Real is another family drama from around 1999/2000 I remember being pretty good, but only lasted a season and then no one ever talked about it again. Pre-famous Anne Hathaway and Jesse Eisenberg were a part of the cast.
