I wouldn't want to work with somebody who I know bashes ex-clients on social media, even if she mostly bashes complete assholes. What if some hummus falls on my dress or she thinks I'm an asshole because I'm not talkative? No point risking this if I can just hire somebody who won't later go to social media and say what they think about me.
