Really? I love the shows on FX. Fosse/Verdon, Mrs. America, Feud...all such great shows and they all taught me about a subject I didn't know much about. Like, obviously I had heard about Phyllis Schlafly but I didn't realize just how truly awful she was and how much power she had.

Currently reading Gay Berlin, and it's so fascinating how as early as the 1860s there was a call to decriminalise same sex acts in Germany, it's a fascinating history. Gay ppl were so publicly visual all the way through the 20s, even selling magazines openly on the street. I rly want sth based on those decades.
