I never watched season 1 but I enjoyed the book a lot!

I liked S1 but couldn't get past Dakota Fanning acting like a talking cardboard cutout.

its crazy how Dakota was such a good child actress but as an adult is so wooden. Elle speaks like Dakota too but is still able to emote some.

My theory is that some child actors are good at pretending and imagining, but they’re not actually “acting”. It comes naturally to them and then suddenly it just doesn’t

I watched s1 for Daniel but there's no way I can power through this boring ass show for another season. Dakota's scenes were genuinely cringe worth, she's so fucking wooden and devoid of any charisma, it's painful to watch. Sorry, Danny boy.
