I feel bad for the Preston kids it sucks to lose you mom so young even if she was a cray scientologist I know from experience I feel for them.

This exactly. I don't have personal experience and I will side-eye the dangerous cult of scientology always, but those kids are people now without their mom. Ella is 20 so she's technically grown up but still so young, and had to live through losing her brother already.
