absolutely, even though he has been to jail before. someone needs to lock him up and throw away the key. he's a racist piece of shit. neither he or jenelle should have custody of their children, and the fact that CPS dropped their case is evidence of just how fucked up the system is. if he was black, he'd have been shot when the cops raided their property back when I used to follow this mess.
