this is a wonderful film but i can't pretend mbj was good in it, he was wooden af - i do wanna say tho that he's a weirdly inconsistent actor, like in 1 scene he's at 100 and the next he's at 25 and it's jarring, idk if it comes down to direction or what

rob morgan however, had he been some dumb white character actor, would've been nominated and likely won a fucking oscar without a single doubt in my mind
