I like the album overall, I kind of love the Elton John song and I’m surprised by that, there was one song I was like the fuck is this and laughed when I heard it, Alice, the way she sings that “my name isn’t Alice” just sounds so goofy to me.
so i didn't realize elton john was on sine from above and i was like whew the fuck is this drag queen singing??? oop
overall, i'm happy about this album, it's the perfect album to bop to after taking a shower and feeling the cool breeze filter in through the window. it's back to form for gaga (for the most part), although someone did mention how this is like artpop but without the "edge" and i kinda get that lmao...
i wish parts of those intros/interludes were incorporated into the songs that come right after them like chromatica II and 911 work so well TOGETHER, but they're two seperate songs smh!!!
instant faves: alice, 911, replay and sour candy (wish this song had a proper bridge and a more explosive final chorus tho)
