Hi ONTD! I started the show Little Fires Everywhere today & I'm trying to binge through it before work tomorrow. I've also watched the movies Vivarium & Sleeping With Other People recently. What have you been watching this week?

I watched Solar Opposites (eh), First Wives Club (yes pls), some Ozark (still waiting to care), The Hustle (not great), and 1000 John Mulaney youtube clips (very good, would always recommend)

I binged normal people and flower fight? idk if that's the name, but it's the netflix reality competition show about flower design. A+ on both.

How are you liking Little Fires Everywhere? I'm thinking about starting it soon. I binged watched The Boys, and it was better than I thought it would be, but I had the lowest expectations. Also finally got around to watching Come and See and uh, holy shit. Can't stop thinking about it. It's truly one of the most harrowing films ever made.

I watched it today and it was so worth it. It's just such a fun nineties romp I was dying. Do yourself a favor and watch it. I'm sad I missed the party though because I bet it was so fun.

Hey! Thanks for your feedback. I’ll try to schedule a follow-up post when possible, or at least edit the poll posts once the final selection is made - day of week TBD as I’ve taken Thursdays off the poll options. I post the polls usually Tuesdays on my first day off work, but occasionally get distracted by life &/or sucked into work from home (so much for work/life balance in the new COVID world order! I can def try to make the polls go up more consistently so users know when to look for them.

When the polls tend to trend towards Saturday night winning out (as it is this week), I will usually leave the poll active until the day of. If it’s clearly a Friday win, I’ll close the poll earlier on Friday. Especially when it’s a close call & I want to give all ONTDers who might only check posts on odd days a chance to participate

I just watched House at the End of the Street And holy cow was Jennifer Lawrence awful 😳 Actually the whole movie was pretty lame tbh

MTE!! There was nothing good about her acting, and as mediocre as the story was, she should have done better!!

I've seen SLP, X-Men, and Hunger Games with her, possibly some other stuff that I can't recall off the top of my head. She's been underwhelming in everything.

Might be horrible to say it, but I 100% believe she fucked (or sucked) her way to that Oscar.
