Yes stans are actually crazy, but having a celebrity call out someone who’s probably just a dumb teenager, when it wasn’t even directed at him, is not it.

Maybe he meant crazy like wild/surprising. I don't ever say crazy to actually mean mental issues and I think of crazy things as positive or interesting, not negatively.
