I remember feeling a way about some things when I watched them at the time (Keenyah, Yaya, Tiffany, any race-bending shoot, and Heather immediately come to mind), but now? It’s the perfect example of how fucking trash America was* less than 20 years ago. I’m actually going to rewatch some episodes with my boyfriend soon so he can truly understand the hot mess that was reality TV in the mid-to-late 2000s.

* we’re still trash, but at least we’re at a place now where so many of us can look back on those behaviors and understand why they’re worth leaving in the past
