One of the characters is definitely bisexual. The first season is really, really good television and the second season falters a bit, but I think they're getting back one track in season three.

The writers better fully embrace their obvious feelings for each other, if they backtrack or try to make it a "phase" for Eve I'm done.

That being said, the relationship feels quite empty 3 seasons in. The obvious sexual tension/unspoken silent obsession thing got old in Season 2 and so I want to know more about why each character is attracted to each other and see them actually form some sort of bond - the whole 'crazy attracts crazy' thing they seem to be giving us is stale, lowers the stakes of the plot and does such a disservice to these amazing actors.

i do sadly kind of agree with this. sandra & jodie have enough chemistry and talent to get away with it but i feel like the writing has been lazy about fleshing out their connection (& what drives it) since season two. maybe now that they’ve crossed this one big threshold we’ll get more

theres been so much anticipation about when they would kiss that to have it as a way to distract Villanelle so Eve could headbutt her was meh. Esp since half the time we didnt know if it was a dream or real life.

but I'm not surprised this show has been so sloppy since pwb left

Season 2 did irreparable damage to Eve and V's dynamic. I just don't care about their relationship anymore, which is pretty much the "heart" of the show so I think i'm done.
