I always grimace at the people who get so offended when people say "Woody Allen married his step-daughter". Like the more accurate truth is Woody Allen married his girlfriend's daughter whom he had known in at least some capacity for the entirety of his decade long personal and professional relationship with her mother and then "got close" to her when she was in grade 11 and the two started a sexual relationship when he was still sexually involved with her mother."
