Did you trade your first born or a vital organ?

Funnily enough I just went to bestbuy at noon last Friday and they had a bunch in store. You had to ask because they kept them all in the back.

Between Animal Crossing NH, Doom Eternal and Resident Evil 3 remake, early next month (followed closely with Final Fantasy 7 remake.)
There goes my life, tbh...

as someone who grew up with these games it's really been throwing me to see some "can anyone explain what this game is I've never played one" comments around the Internet lol. like it's some kind of mysterious new thing. anyway I'm looking forward to it, I just hope they've beefed up villager dialogue bc New Leaf got reeeal same-y after 40 hours (and I want the villagers to be mean to me again)

Same.
Personally, Animal Crossing is as much of a iconic Nintendo franchise IP, as the other heavy hitters.

But then again, I get it.
Either way I'm happy so many new people are being introduced to such an amazing and wholesome franchise.

ikr true, this is probably the best iteration of it (visually) so far too. new people won't have to suffer living as little squished potato babies with ugly hats/hair

I'm so afraid that it won't actually arrive to me for some reason ahhhh. I preordered a physical copy a couple weeks ago.

I've never played Animal Crossing before but it looks similar to Harvest Moon which I love so I'm really excited.

My weekday life is largely the same, tbh.

But I did go see/do a lot of things at night and on the weekends, and I like having to travel to look forward to, so I miss all of that.

I don't mind staying in or WFH. I'm definitely a homebody. I just hate all the uncertainty and am worried about my job.

Yeah i'm mostly okay with the quarantine situation but I miss running my little errands and going thrifting. Thrifting calms me.. even if I am just rummaging and not buying anything.
