MTE.

It's going to make zero sense for Jonah to be there without her. Even though he's a burnout he comes from a white collar family and has options. Literally the only reason he keeps working there is because he loves Amy and they get to spend time together.

I tried watching the first episode and couldn't get into the show. Does it get better?

I didn't like the pilot, I think it takes a couple of eps to settle. But it's very much like a The Office/Parks and Recreation/Brooklyn Nine Nine show. If you don't like those you probably won't like Superstore either.

It does. I didn’t care for the first 3 episodes, but it picked up by episode 4 and I ended up binging it on Hulu. Give it another try.

WHAT???!!!

Although it makes sense that Amy would leave at some point tbh, she always wanted to go and hated working retail. The show has always been about her trying to better herself career-wise. In a perfect world she'd get a promotion and she and Jonah would get married and leave together.

I wonder if Ben Feldman is going too because Jonah staying there without Amy makes no sense at all. She's his only tie to staying in retail. And while I've noticed a lot of people complain about Amy I don't know how I feel about a show without her. She's the straight (wo)man that anchors all the crazy characters. Are they going to centre the show around Jonah? Dina? Glenn? Not interested.

I suspect Jonah will stay just because Ben Feldman would want that steady paycheck. Lol. If they can get him starting a union again that might give him reason to stay at the store.
