What's up with all these (older) women telling men to stop doing "women things"? Last year a popular host from my country uploaded a video on Instagram saying men need to stop putting on makeup because it's not manly and doesn't look good.
Geez, how about you accept that clothes and makeup are for everybody and not for a certain gender.

I think it's the years that make the bitterness so strong - these women spent decades performing these 'rites of womenhood', trying to be perfect at them because society told they needed to. And then men joined in and not only demonstrated that they had the same skills (meaning they ain't special), but also got more attention for them. I get it and I'm sympathetic, but I also don't understand the jealousy that's been making these women seethe.

Whoa whoa, #notallolderwomen. I’m 51 and I have no issue with people wearing what they want. If a man wants to wear a skirt and heels, rock it. I think de-gendering things like clothing and makeup would help a lot with toxic masculinity, teens trying to figure out their identities, etc.
