They also had a joke about Karen and Jackie O, so are they backtracking on making her straight? Either way, the bi jokes were unnecessary and outdated. Billie did a good job, I wish they gave her a better storyline than to highlight Will/Grace's ignorance.

there was also a whole bit where she'd gone out with Martina Navratilova but dumped her for Stan.

I’m a bad 35 year old gay who has never watched this show lol.

I do remember Ryan Phillippe getting his start in the ‘90s playing a gay teen on One Life to Live. I remember so many of those teen stars having gotten their start on soaps. Also SMG on All My Children.

I'm glad the meat of that storyline is available to watch separately and this is WAY overdue but at least it's something I guess. If nothing else, I appreciate the writing of these millenials far more than the one Will was trying to hook up with that was ignorant of gay culture, as if Will sought out a 20 something to teach instead of fuck, TUH.

I'd wonder if they'd tackle racism in the gay community but this show simply DOESN'T HAVE THE RANGE, but as a side bar if Brian Jordan Alvarez hadn't been Jack's match I could imagine Joel Kim Booster but that would mostly involve him just being himself LOL
