They're both trash. Also everybody's body is different and its irresponsible for people on tv to promote trendy diets as universally healthy when they are very much not.
Recently I’ve been skipping meals due to stress and it has me all sorts of tucked up. So I am pro breakfast. It sets me up for most of the day and gives me a boost.

Truthfully, I love me a bowl of cornflakes no matter the hour of the day. Always yummy and appropriate.

I can only do coffee and water first thing in the morning. anything else makes me feel genuinely ill.
