I'm seeing the gender-swapped Company in April and I'm ready to sob. Even with a male lead it gets to me, it's too relatable.

I'm debating spending money to see Once Upon a One More Time in Chicago lmao. I doubt it'll be any good but I do love Britney.

I'm hoping to see Company around the same time. It's one of the first shows I saw irl - just a college production, but it really got to me even at 18, lol. The only other version I've seen was the one with NPH that they streamed to theaters, so I am really excited to see it a legit Broadway production!

I feel the same about Once Upon a One More Time. I'm pretty sure it's going to stink but I'd still see it if I had plans to be in Chicago.

My sister got me tickets to Hamilton later than this month.

My friend also got me a Virgin experience for Christmas which is theatre tickets. Waitress was one of them I wanted to see on the list, but it closed here on the 3rd so wasn't enough time. Probably will be Prince of Egypt.

We saw Sing Street on our last NYC trip, and it was really cute and heartwarming, if a bit rough around the edges. I'm happy they're transferring, but with so many other new musicals opening, I think it will end up getting lost in the crowd. :/

Debating on seeing this production of The Seagull, since we'll be in London this spring while it's running. I know a lot of people here don't think EC is a very good actress, but I've never minded her, and I've never seen The Seagull, so this might be a good opportunity.

Otherwise for London: I have tickets to The Visit at the National Theatre and 4000 Miles at the Old Vic. We're definitely gonna see Les Miserables, and I'm considering a bunch of other options, too. Maybe Hamilton or Cursed Child since tickets are cheaper? Maybe some of the other shows at the National Theater? There are too many options!

The Visit should be awesome - can't really go wrong with Lesley Manville + Hugo Weaving + Tony Kushner

Have you consider Six? Tickets are much cheaper than Broadway and the theater is almost a third in size.

If you can swing a trip up to SF, tickets to both Hamilton and Cursed Child start around $50.

Waitress had a great run despite a tepid reaction when it first opened ( ... )

Omg, are you me? Yes @ your top three!! They are my own top three for 2019 for sure, in the same order.

I think Hadestown is going to have a long life - shame you missed Amber, but hopefully everyone else was in for you.

Just saw Oklahoma again for the last time before it closes later this month, and I'm depressed. The Circle in the Square is such a cool theater, I've seen three shows there and they've all made great use of the space.

Off-Broadway Fiddler was so damn good, and I am so happy they had such a long run.

I didn't see Moby Dick, but your notes echo a lot of other ones I've read. I'm definitely a Comet stan, so I hope Dave tightens it up before it appears on stage again.

Moulin Rouge was gorgeous, but just completely lacking any soul. My husband haaaaated it. And I liked TKAM, but you're not wrong!

I hope Hadestown has a good run but I’m must admit, I’m curious why they doing a SETA tour, are their producers that cheap?

Circle in the Square is probably my favorite theater, followed by the Beaumont. I hope the rumors that KPOP might go in after American Buffalo are true.

I only saw the Broadway version of Comet so IDK what kind of shape it was in when it first premiered, but I would probably only want to see Moby Dick again if I knew significant changes were made.

Comet was absolutely perfect by the time it hit the ART. Maybe for a show as big as Moby/Comet, Dave literally needs years of tweaking it on stage lol
