I've mixed up a lot of celebrities in my time due to indifference, stupidity, and (in most cases) ignorance. This list includes 30 examples of times I didn't realize two celebrities were completely different people.

Most of these are spot on. Bill Paxton/Bill Pullman for me too, and I think Britney looks more like Katie Holmes.

Or Jeff Daniels and Jeff Bridges. Or Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro. It's not necessarily that they look exactly the same, I just can't for the life of me keep straight which is which.
