Welp, now I am definitely not getting my hopes up for Parasite because I know Once Upon a time will win best picture in Oscars even tho it’s a shitty racist movie.

Parasite will probably only get Foreign Picture only because like Dir. Bong said, Oscars is very local.

honestly I hated Joker and didn't want him to win (tho I like his acting generally) but I loved the chaotic energy of his drunk-ass speech. and when he actually found his way to a point he wasn't wrong!

I wonder if that speech hurts him @ other awards shows (he kinda came for leo!) or if it just gets hand-waved as typical globes messiness lol
