maybe not a terf, but certainly ignorant since literally nothing in biology exists on a polar binary. Believe it or not, there are plenty of chromosonal abberations which deviate from our idea if XY male and XX female, including XY "females", XX males, XXY/XYY, not to mention intersex individuals. The WHO recognizes gender as a social construction, and goes into pretty deep detail in regards to biological sex being far more complex than just "female" or "male". This is just one governing medical body, too, but the International Genetics Federation, as well as a slew of others have all reached the same conclusions, and personally, I'm more inclined to side with experts than some outdated notions of "sexual polarity".

It is a binary, XXX people, still female, XXY, still male, XY with Swyer syndrome, still male, people are either male or female , including intersex people who have DSD, the existence of them doesn't disprove anything, humans still only produce one gamete, nobody produces both or a new one , and they have 0 to do with the issue at hand that it's about trans people

When she publicly tweeted she'd refuse to recognize that she would "refer to a person by the sex she considered appropriate even if it violates their dignity and/or creates an intimidating environment" which a judge ruled ilegal

so it's a bit unclear why ppl think she shouldn't be fired for literally breaking UK's law

Reffering to biological sex is important when we are talking about everything from census taking to how public funds will be used to what medicine you will be given in an emergency room.

It is someone's own personal problem if they view a DESCRIPTIVE term (not prescriptive, which is a valued term) as an affront to their dignity.

You are being obtuse if you think it will end here when it comes to curtailing the ability to state reality.
