They’re amazing and I recommend adding some flaky sea salt on them if you like that combo.

Nailed it! Holiday edition has a few short video recipes among the trailers, and one of them is for coconut snowflake cookies which has a fantastic dough recipe, imo. The recipe says to add spices, but I tried it also w/o any to get regular butter cookies, and adding cocoa powder instead of spices for chocolate cookies, and all versions turned out great. The best thing I've noticed is that because it has no baking powder or soda in it, the cookies remain flat so they work fantastically with those cookie cutters that has a stamp to add details
