I run twice a week now but I want to add swimming and weight training. My arms are soooo weak lol. I had a shitty personal trainer a few years ago and ended up with an injury that makes me wary about doing ab work- the pain comes back sometimes when I try- but I need to work on my core for my running. I want to lose a bit more weight, too, but I'm more concerned about feeling good than the weight.

I did a cardio kickboxing class this morning and it killed me. I'm definitely trying to workout more. The gym is like a 10 minute walk, but I have to drive there to make sure I actually go.

Any 20 minute YouTube workouts y'all recommend? Else it's just going to be fitness blender again.

I do this one! Not quite 20 minutes but I often do this before I start weights. It’s really effective.

I like holly dolke and madfit and I mix it up with yoga with Adrienne ! They make for a good combo when I’m on holiday and may not have ready access to my usual gyms

I am into week four of my self-diagnosed acute bronchitis. i miss working out. I feel like i lost all my gains and the lift in my ass i worked so hard for lol

i am down 7lbs because my nutrition game is still in tact and have abs from coughing my ass off, but i feel like shit from lying in bed all day and only getting out of the house to an emotionally draining job.

Where was i going with this? Nutrition matters a lot. And I am grateful for evidence-based trainers and RDs on social media because if it werent for their reminders, id probably feel guilty for resting, would probably try to push myself harder with working out and inevitably lose my motivation to work out altogether and toss everything out the window
