CL will always hold a special place in my heart but it saddens me to hear just how much she changed her voice and way of singing. The constant yodelling and gasping she does baffles me to no end. And lyrics don’t hold the same punch they use to. The song has so much potential though. I’m still holding out hope that the quintessential vintage Courtney will come out once more. Maybe the upcoming Hole reunion will light a fire under her arse. That is, if Eric signs on.
