aw poor girl doesn’t know there is a thing called „friendships“ that doesn’t require you to „fuck“ them to have a good time to talk

Obviously one person will never fulfill all of your needs, but that's why it's important to have strong friendships and/or familiar relationships. You don't need more than one romantic one to find that.

IA. When you're young you want that "person" to be all things to you, you want to pour everything into them. I stupidly once said I'd know I found "the one" (romantically speaking) when I liked being with him as much as my bestest friends. But as I got older I realized that a) no one person is all things and b) I shouldn't want them to be. People should fortify their friendships and other relationships and let their guy/girl be whatever he/she is without the added pressure of needing to fulfill all your needs.

in my mind polyamory would appealing for like the opposite reason because i don't want to spend all my time with multiple people but i'd be more than happy for them to go out while i get my time alone.

Honestly that's the best part. "Oh, its hubby's date night, sweet, time to nest in a pile of blankets, eat horrific amounts of cheese and watch disney movies in peace..."
