Lmao why wouldn’t you just have regular cable for that kind of price

I feel like I’m becoming a rarity but I’m never getting rid of cable for solely streaming services.

Same. It doesn't seem sustainable. I barely watch TV anyway and so few "online exclusive" shows appeal to me. Certainly not enough to sign up for them.

Sling tv has all the channels we wanted for a fraction of the price of cable tv.

We only truly have 3 channels that we needed and watch all the time.

lol as if

they only get me to pay the extra $6 for ad free because I can't stand seeing the same ad every 90 seconds for hours

Lmao exactly. I watch 20/20 on Hulu on Sat mornings and every single commercial break (which you can’t fast forward) shows the exact same commercials on EVERY commercial break. Why?!?!?

I’ll never go back from ads free Hulu. Last year they offered normal Hulu for 99 cents a month for a year and I still said nope, I’d rather pay my $12 and keep my no ads.

Ugh. I've been wanting to cancel for a while. The UX for Hulu is awful, such a poorly designed website. Does anyone have success with Sling?

I use Sling on my Android with chrome cast - the app's UI is traaaaaaaaaash. It's so hard to find on-demand shows and impossible to track/follow them. But it uses an old school TV-guide layout for browsing live tv, which works fine, and I have no complaints about the actual streaming quality.

yeah the DVR is inconsistent too. Other than that, if YTTV raises their prices again, I'm going with Sling, which is a shame because I really love YTTV's interface.

The best UX is YouTubeTV. I've been on it since launch. Unlimited DVR and the best sports package.

Wtf, noooo! Why? I use my brother's Hulu all the time. This means he'll cancel it. I use to watch the awards shows on it, and live cable TV. It was so nice not missing my shows.
