I grew up on country music and still dip my toe in every so often so I have many favourites. Dolly and Loretta are my biggest two but I also love Martina McBride, Jo Dee Messia, Alison Krauss, Zac Brown Band, Chris Stapleton, Brandi Carlisle, Brandi Clark, Rhiannon Giddens and while she's a messy person Miranda Lambert is a big deal for me.

Yass to the Brandi Clark, and Rhiannon Giddens mention.i live in the UK and managed to catch Brandi Clark a few weeks ago. And I'm seeing Rhiannon next week. And I cosign on Miranda Lambert she is my messy problematic fave although I haven't liked her last two albums as much.

I was barely starting to get into Kacey’s music and when I learned she’s problematic. I mostly only like female artists like Dolly, Shania, the Dixie Chicks, Martina McBride and Faith Hill. Though I do like some Garth Brooks and classic country like Johnny Cash.
