I am glad that Marion did too. When I started the article, I just saw her name, but hadn't gotten to her comment yet and was afraid she was going to comment some sort of Catherine Deneuve nonsense. I'm glad it wasn't that, but it's sad that as much as I like French films, there is the expectation they will be terrible about these kinds of things. And in a sense were, since so many witnessed something happening to a young person, where you can't even delude yourself with the notion they can/should fend for themselves and didn't intervene on her behalf at the time. Did they really start dating when she was 17 though? I've never been able to find out, all I know is that they only first were public in 2014 when Adèle thanked her when she won her César and they had been spotted together a year or so before that. Their relationship timeline is a huge mystery mostly, they never even publicly announced they broke up (I'm pretty sure a lot of people think they're still together).
