Joker seems to be edging out Maleficent by under a million dollars this weekend, with each of them making between $18 and $19 million, but they could switch places when the numbers are finalized tomorrow. The Addams Family, Zombieland 2 and Countdown rounded out the top five. The Current War flopped with less than $3 million, dismal for a wide release, while The Lighthouse made slightly over $3 million in fewer theaters.
