I HAVE to have coffee or an energy drink every day before and during work. Before my shift, I had Monster Tea and Lemonade. I have almost three hours left and got that Bang drink to help me with the rest of my shift.
I’m trying to wean off. I get headaches though. If anyone has suggestions on substitutes! I also feel like it is a good AM appetite suppressant so I’m scared of gaining weight decreasing- but I want white teeth and to decrease my tolerance before residency
