I have filmed many police interactions, and they’ve tried to stop me or take my phone many times. If I were black, I’d have been arrested for sure. I’ll keep doing it, I have the CA Justice app to upload the video in real time.

It has an easily accessible page of your rights when interacting with a cop, and as a CA citizen.

I wish TV shows would show more about how most people that become cops are not doing it for the right reasons rather than acting as if corruption and abuses of power are anomalies.

He should sue them for handcuffing him.
