i’m so mad i didn’t own a computer at the time that could actually play the sims 3, it was so laggy and not worth the HOURS of waiting for it to load :( it looked like so much fun :((((

Before I went there, someone at my university died just like that gif. While I was attending, there were almost no vending machines on campus because of that. Now they have them again, just bolted into the walls to prevent tipping.

Am so excited for this, I´ve really grow to love Sims 4, after playing all of them since Sims 1 came out in 2000.

same. sims 4 gets a lot of shit but idk i like it. building houses relaxes me! lol

Sims 4 has made me more excited about building houses and I really like the expansion of the emotions feature. I find the game play gets boring but now they've added the story aspect in CAS, it's rejuvenated playing.

Same. I do miss Create-A-Style and the open world from Sims 3 though.

I still care, and I'm excited! I miss the previous iterations too but with mods and time, S4 is becoming my favorite out of all of them. Just finished designing my modern apartment with my three roomies haha

That being said, the sims communities around the web are straight-up toxic and I've accepted the hype is something I'll enjoy alone lol. Tired of the same comments that Sims 3/Sims 2 was better because xyz, etc.

I have the Sims 4 + some EPs (I legit don't remember which ones because I've played this game twice...) but which mod do you use to make the game better? I'm still confused about how it works and I can't help but go back to the Sims 3 whenever I feel like playing with a Sim.

WOW thank you so much for this list! Yeah I would be interested in some more mods if it's OK for you. I'd like to get into the Sims 4 tbh because the house building seems fun and I just want to try something new because I've overplayed the Sims 1, 2 and 3.
