The new Caroline Polachek album is one of the best of the year.

i just finished listening to it and i wish i liked it better. she's clearly talented, and it wasn't unenjoyable to listen to, but i couldn't connect to it. "so hot you're hurting my feelings" is a bop though.

i saw mashrou' leila in concert a couple weeks ago so i've been jamming to their stuff, i can't get '3 minutes' out of my head
