Yeah, Victoria Beckham is generally an absolute delight in interviews, so different to her paparazzi persona. Jon was the one being an asshole, and was doing a TERRIBLE job interviewing them, and he probably knew it hence why he wouldn't bring it up.
Also, I forget how long he's actually been around. I can't believe the Spice Girls were still together when he started his show, they just seem like totally different generations of entertainment to me.
Yepppp...and it was to promote Rubin and Ed. He was dressed as his character. I'm surprised he didn't make this list tbh, he's supposedly really hard to work with.
I boughtl a bootleg DVD of Rubin & Ed from EBay, in ‘99 or 2000, and they included that interview as an extra, after the movie! I love how weird Crispin Glover was!
Leno sounds like exactly the bag of dicks I assume him to be:
"Bringing up Trista Sutter, the original star of The Bachelorette, he started to reenact their conversation: 'I'm talking to her like this, and I'm looking at the side of her head ... I couldn't be less interested. I've never seen this stupid reality show. I didn't know what it was.'"
