I saw Jojo Rabbit last night and it really exceeded my expectations. I didnt really feel connected to the characters in the first 30 min or so but, without spoiling, the movie begins to have a lot of heart once the story shifts. It was followed by a Q&A with Taika Waititi and it was definitely the best one I've been to. He's just so charming and the moderator came prepared with great questions about the making of the film.

Seeing The Lighthouse this weekend with a Q&A with Robert Eggers, Willem Dafoe, and Robert Pattinson to round out the week.

Not a movie but my boyfriend and I watched all of “Two Sentence Horror Stories” last night and overall were very entertained!

Oh, that Elephant Queen documentary will have me tensed and in tears. I'll have to brace myself before watching. That and the Lighthouse are the two I'll check out.
