I listened to the Manson one last month (I’m late) and I enjoyed it but I hated when she’d add in little sounds - like there was a moment where she was talking about rape and she added some weird OTT noise and it bothered me so much.

I was super bummed when I thought she was done, so I'm thrilled for a new season! I actually enjoy her voice, it helps me pay attention, I guess? It's weird, but I can't listen to music when I run, but I really get something out of loosing myself in Karina's stories.

I love stories of old Hollywood and I really want to like this podcaster but her voice just does my head in.

I don't mind her standard voice, but I don't think she's a talented voice actress. One person doing all the voices can easily go wrong. It's my major pet peeve with audiobooks, too

I think my parents still have a copy of this on VHS somewhere. It's not an official copy- it, like, starts randomly in the middle of the VHS. I think my dad's dad sent it to us. I just know that I've seen the film before.
Anyway, I'm excited for the podcast to return!
