Celebrity Endorsements For The 2020 Presidential Election So Far

Oct 15, 2019 22:19

How important are celebrity endorsements? Probably not that much considering the results of the 2016 election. But it's interesting to see where the stars align for the 2020 candidates. Judge away, ONTD.

Susan Sarandon shouldn’t endorse anyone because she is a kiss of death.

Susan Sarandon is perfect and her endorsements are always perfect. Remember when she endorsed AOC and went door knocking for her when she wasn't even on the media radar and literally no other celebrity gave a single half assed fuck about her?

You never know who you’re going to meet while canvassing with Ocasio2018!

Special thank you to Jackson Heights native @SusanSarandon and EVERYONE here this morning for showing up and HITTING THE STREETS 💪🏽💜 pic.twitter.com/bSopkSwXsp

That's awesome! I didn't know she did this. And I agree with your comment. Susan Sarandon is a good person.

ScarJo would ofc support a progressive candidate, a proud representative of nonbinary trees of colour, warren seems like the candidate that would resonate better with what scarjo truly believes in.

now that im done with my poor trolling, i was shocked at jvn tweet. all that money WITH INSURANCE?! fucking hell

Yeah HIV drugs are expensive but that seems like the price of the meds without insurance, maybe bc he replaced it then he had to pay it in full? I remember that human garbage Martin Skrelli raised the price to an HIV medication to $22,500.

Are they covered in all states? Like I know IVF and certain infertility treatments aren’t covered everywhere.

Things like this is what makes me worry about M4A and I don’t know why this isn’t addressed. What happens when we get a fully R government and they decide not to cover women’s reproductive health?

I think it depends on the state, I live in MA and I know there are really good programs for people living with HIV and resources to help those that cant afford treatment (medication, housing, therapy etc). Im not sure about states like Louisiana and Mississippi have that though, which is really fucked up.
