The Hickenlooper video is making me think about how many people have PTSD or their careers ruined by Harvey's horrible temper, but could never bring anything against him because people take verbal and emotional abuse even less seriously :( He was abusive and destructive in all forms.

it's more about the production side of Miramax but there are so many details about the work culture and how Harvey ran the studio. His terrible personality and shrewdness were much detailed and corroborated by many former employees who contributed to the book.
