i grew up on the games. the new ones have a mixed reaction from me (the lame dynamax thing, the national dex drama, etc), but as a brit i'm overall v excited to play a pokemon game set here.

i really liked the spoiler from brie larson retweet... it's a great message for kids but even more so for people who grew up with pokemon, like idk i saw it and it was like look hard work and dedication pays off! at least a way to keep on dreaming that perhaps efforts do matter something.
