you have to admire how lazy she is to just replace the instrumentals and not even re-record her vocals

She did re-record the vocals. Orange Trees is the only one that's pretty much the exact same but with other vocal takes she did added in.

I was excited to listen to the acoustic versions because I thought it'd suit the songs more than the originals but some of them don't even sound different

I just cannot get into L+F, in fact I lowkey hate it except for You. I'm all for a happy Marina but honestly it's like she forgot how to write good lyrics??

I saw someone on Twitter saying Marina wrote simple lyrics "on purpose" and that she reportedly said so in an interview. I was like um, where was that because I don't recall ever seeing such a thing, lol. She's a much better songwriter than what she's given us in L + F
