Tiger Army released their new album today. I've only listened to half of it as I was walking to work but so far, I like it. A lot of the songs have 60s surfer music vibes like their Dark Paradise EP and I dig it.

Listened to the first Metronomy song and then the few that autoplayed after... I'm into it! Never really listened to him/them before.

I like the Chelsea Wolfe song, too.

Weird to hear a new take on "Sittin' Up in My Room" after like 20 years!!

i'm a big fan of metronomy. i never listened to their first first album because i'm weird, but i love their second album, love letters, and especially it's follow up, summer 08. i've been looking forward to their new album. all of their albums are so sonically different, but have a really distinct sense of lyricism and whimsy.

i'm excited for the cooler weather and shorter days so i can fully appreciate birth of violence.

and i really like the remix, but i wish the vocal volume was more leveled and it was longer. i can see it growing on me though.
