A few days ago, Courtney Love made a series of posts on Instagram exposing Joss Sackler - of the Sackler family, owners of Purdue Pharma which made its fortune from OxyContin and consequently threw the country into chaos - trying to buy Courtney's attendance/influence at the fashion show launch for her hideous new line

She's a queen for connecting the dots like this for people. I think a lot of the problem that allows shitty ass wealthy people like this to get away with their sins is that the general public doesn't realize just how many pots their hands are in. Even something as seemingly innocuous as fashion can be tainted AF.

What do you think the odds are she thought of inviting Courtney because she saw her ~struggles being associated with Purdue Pharma akin to Courtney being falsely accused of killing Kurt?
