Happy he won the Oscar, but not necessarily for 3 Billboards, and yes, his best years were the late 90's to mid 2000s: Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, Matchstick Men, Moon, Charlie's Angels, Box of Moonlight, The Green Mile, etc.
