there's an italian sandwich shop in the financial district that looks like italy died in it like the forest spirit in princess mononoke. i love it because they exclusively play italian pop music from the 70's and 80's including "radio varsavia".

and i love hedwig! i rewatched the movie a week ago and it still makes me laugh and smile and sing-a-long despite myself. and "wicked little town" with michael pitt still fucks up my feelings.
